- All appointments require a valid credit card on file to book services
- 100% Fee for cancellations and reschedules made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

- Any package holders who Cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or no-show/no-call will forfeit a service credit from their package.
- Absolutely no guests are allowed in the room with you. However, A parent or guardian must accompany any minor (under 18 years old) or handicapped clients to ensure their comfort. also, There is an exception for any client needing a translator.
- "First service 20% off" promo applies to one service only and if more than 1 service is scheduled, it is applied to the lowest ticketed service.
